The purpose of Midlife Fitness Project is to provide sustainable fitness for busy dads. A journey providing solutions for internal conflicts in lives of busy fathers. Say no to fad diets and pseudo science that promote conflicting lifestyle changes. No more doing what you did in high school or college. Those methods aren’t working for you anymore. Sustainability and time efficient workouts will be your new goal; not the other way around. I never compromise quality for time and give my clients realistic routines that accommodate their lives. About Me
MY NAME IS Antonio
I started helping people with their fitness goals about five years ago, but even before that I was assisting individuals throughout local gyms and online for years. At the tender age of 17, I knew I was destined to help people with their fitness goals. Full of passion and ambition I set out to achieve my dreams. I worked at multiple gyms and helped many people from all backgrounds. But as I traversed the health and fitness industry, I continually saw the needs of middle aged men not being met by trainers. Most men had families and busy schedules, yet their health and fitness acumen was the opposite of sustainable. Therefore, I made it a priority to give all my knowledge and understanding to men transitioning through middle age and want to feel alive again.
